\u00a0<\/em>Arlette, who lives in the building, takes care of the contracts and contacts n English, French or Dutch with the tenants.<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cCastillo de Santa Clara\u201d has an unique and wonderful location, with panoramic sea, beach and boulevard views. The apartment is facing southwest, what guaranties a sun all day.<\/em><\/p>\n

The building is equipped with a huge exterior swimming pool and a children\u2019s swimming pool, large terraces overlooking the sea with lounge-chairs, tennis court and a magnificent Reception open 24 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n

You will have direct access to the beach thanks to\u00a0 a private elevator. This building is only at 700m away from the Town center.<\/em><\/p>\n

You can use a garage space located under the building and also a spacious parking just in front of the building.<\/em><\/p>\n
